A technical partnership built around professional judgement
A Rock Engineer evaluates RockTale and recommends it only where technically appropriate. There is no obligation to recommend it where it is unsuitable. QualiRock provides product and installation training and technical support.
Existing reseller relationships are respected. Where a mine is already served by a QualiRock reseller, the commercial opportunity and supply are coordinated through that reseller. Participation is subject to written programme terms and applicable procurement and disclosure requirements.
Professional judgement comes first
The Rock Engineer remains responsible for evaluating and recommending the monitoring system only where technically appropriate. There is no obligation to specify RockTale where it is not considered suitable.
Professional independence, mine standards, statutory responsibilities, procurement rules and disclosure requirements must always take precedence over any commercial benefit.

Programme benefit, subject to written terms
The programme describes a R15 benefit per RockTale unit supplied to an operation under the participating Rock Engineer’s professional involvement. It is subject to written programme terms, the applicable reseller arrangement, procurement requirements and disclosure requirements.
The applicable payment and supply arrangements must be confirmed in writing before qualifying orders proceed. Any programme benefit remains secondary to professional independence, mine standards and statutory responsibilities.
